Where this comes from: Every leaf in these blends grows wild on our 4.6 acres in the northern WV mountains. We walk the land, harvest by hand, and dry slowly to preserve potency. No pesticides. No sprays. No machinery. No supply chain. Just the slope, the sun, and time. Plantain grows where it wants — in the paths, the garden edges, the meadow. We don't plant it. We just pay attention and pick it when it's ready.
Why bioregional: We ship within 150 miles because we mean it. The same economy that destroys the land ships products across oceans to save a dollar. We won't be part of that. Plantain grows everywhere — if you're not in our region, find a local forager. They exist. Keep the money in your watershed.

Broadleaf plantain for inflammation, respiratory relief, and gut soothing. Peppermint for flavor and its own digestive medicine. Three parts plantain to one part mint, the ratio herbalists have used for generations. Earthy base, bright finish. The first tea we're selling because it's the one we drink every day.
