What this is, how to use it, and the five rules
This is a handbook of what natural products actually do for common health problems, written so that every therapeutic claim can be traced to a specific study. It exists because the useful information is genuinely hard to find: the trials are scattered across thousands of abstracts, the popular books mix evidence with tradition without saying which is which, and the products sold on the strength of that confusion rarely work as claimed. Start with the page below on how to read this, then the five rules — almost everything else in the handbook follows from them.
